About Empower Health Affiliates

I’m Jessie Chamberlain, owner of Empower Health Affiliates. As a proud wife, mother, and grandmother, my passion for fitness, health, and faith has been shaped by life's most challenging moments. In 2017, I experienced the loss of my daughter, which led me through the stages of grief and made me realize I was out of balance. That’s when I began my fitness journey.  Over the course of a few years my commitment to fitness grew even stronger as I found myself healthier both mentally and physically but still needing more tools for the next chapter of my life.

In 2020, I earned my life coaching certification from GCU and my Personal Training Certification from NASM. Life’s continued ups and downs have shaped me into the person I am today, and I’m grateful for the lessons they’ve taught me. The grief and struggles I’ve faced have deepened my understanding of the importance of a supportive community. Now, I’m focused on helping others overcome their challenges through fitness, nutrition, mindset coaching, and the power of community.
